Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking within 7 days of the booking date — the date your ₹500 payment was confirmed. You will receive a full refund of the booking amount, with no cancellation charges.

The refund is processed within 3–5 working days of your request, to the original payment method.

• Go to the Refund Request page.
• Enter the email address or mobile number you used for the booking, and your Payment ID from your booking confirmation email.
• Tell us the reason for cancelling (optional), and submit.

You can also cancel by emailing sales@saatvikgroup.com or calling 1800-547-1151 with your Payment ID.

Bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund more than 7 days after the booking date. The booking amount remains adjustable against your order.

Once you confirm your full order and pay the balance, cancellation of that order is governed by the terms shared with you at order confirmation. Please contact us before dispatch if you need to make a change.

We may cancel a booking if:

• the product is out of stock or discontinued;
• your delivery location cannot be serviced;
• there was an error in the price or product details;
• we are unable to verify the booking, or suspect fraud or misuse; or
• circumstances beyond our control prevent us from fulfilling it.

If we cancel your booking, we will inform you and refund the full booking amount within 3–5 working days.

Every cancellation — whether made by you or by us — is confirmed by email, along with the status of your refund.
